July 4th Celebration

Come out and celebrate the 4th on Friday, July 3rd!! There will be fun activities for everyone.

4 PM: Parade beginning in Toby court, down Buckley and ending in the Oxmoor cul-de-sac. Dress up and walk, or decorate a float, bikes, scooters, wagons, etc. to celebrate.

4:30 until ??? After the parade, the Stephens are hosting a Family Fun Friday in their yard/driveway and they are cooking hotdogs. They will also have several water activities/waterslides for the kids; so have them wear a bathing suit under their clothes and bring a towel.

Please bring an appetizer or dessert, and BYOB for your family. Bring chairs, towels, blankets, etc. to sit on.

Welcome to the Lochmere Homeowner's Association website. You are currently viewing the public access portion of the site.

Lochmere is a restricted community located in Summerfield, North Carolina. Beautifully situated in a rural setting, yet close to all the amenities offered in the Triad area of North Carolina.

Summerfield is located a few miles northwest of Greensboro. We are approximately 2 hours from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 4 hours from Wilmington. If you need a well-deserved weekend getaway, the mountains and seashore are a short drive away!

If you are a member of the LHOA, you will need a username and password to access the members only sections of the site. Contact the webmaster to verify your name and address and your login info will be emailed to you. You may request a username and a default password will be assigned, which you may change once you log in.
