Please remember that Lochmere is a restricted community and their are guidelines governing fences and additions. In addition, trailers of any type must be parked inside a garage, not outside on your property.

Where can I find information on current projects... ?

When is the next Board meeting and general membership meeting... ?

The annual membership meeting is typically held in November.

Does the LHOA use a management company to oversee administration of association affairs?

No. Currently, the Board volunteers to handle al matters, including dues billing and collections, maintenance of entrances and other common areas, and enforcement of the restrictions and covenants. By volunteering, the Board saves the association significant expense, which helps keep the member dues at their current level.
