Welcome to the Lochmere Homeowner's Association website. You are currently viewing the public access portion of the site. Lochmere is a restricted community located in Summerfield, North Carolina. Beautifully situated in a rural setting, yet close to all the amenities offered in the Triad area of North Carolina. Summerfield is located a few miles northwest of Greensboro. We are approximately 2 hours from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 4 hours from Wilmington. If you need a well-deserved weekend getaway, the mountains and seashore are a short drive away! |
